MONTEPARÍS MAYORES is a newly built nursing home located in Madrid, with the goal of making the elderly feel highly regarded and valued. A nursing home that enables to develop their life program through the individualized personalization of daily care, therapies, and participation in everyday activities.
A characteristic architecture defines this project, since its “U” shape facing south generates a beautiful central garden, perfect for the use of its guests and visitors.
The facilities have been designed with a new people-centered approach. The coexistence units, the living rooms, the terraces, the chapel, the dining rooms, the infirmary, the therapeutic garden and the latest advances in home automation and accessibility, create a safe and comfortable environment where each and every person feels valued and appreciated.
The nursing home comprises 100 rooms in three levels, in a building where its architecture allows every floor to have living rooms and dining rooms, for the comfort of its residents. In addition, on the top floor there are 7 penthouse apartments, which offer impressive views of the city of Madrid.
The interior design has focused on helping to meet the needs of the residents, without losing the aesthetic sense in the furniture and finishes chosen, with a colour range differentiated by floors.
