EMERA ALMERÍA NURSING HOME

EMERA Almería is a newly built nursing home owned by the French international group EMERA. It showcases all the potential the group is capable of offering in terms of maximum healthcare quality to residents and relatives in their nursing homes.
Almost 7,000 m² have been intervened, specifically common areas and living units, as well as a total of 105 rooms, of which 49 are doubles and 56 are singles. A Medical Office in addition to Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Laundry, Kitchen, Cleaning and Staff facilities have also been renewed.
Each floor comprises more than 30 rooms, with large windows that flood them with light and a central area with a living and a dining room for residents.
The building also has common reception, catering and cafeteria areas connected to the gardens, creating a very pleasant space for both residents and visitors.
The use of natural light, pouring through the building’s large windows, is a key design feature, blending the exterior and interior areas. With the transparency of the walls, an oasis of rest and calm has been created, with the comfort of thermal insulation and the great views to the gardens and surroundings.
