REQUENA Y PLAZA has completed the renovation of the former Hotel Sol La Palma, which has been transformed into the new Hotel Meliá La Palma, redesigned to fully integrate into its natural surroundings.
The project proposal is based on a clear premise: to connect the architectural design with the island's natural landscape, highlighting its beauty and uniqueness.
The hotel has now 500 accommodation units, including rooms, suites, and apartments. These spaces have been designed to maximize comfort and luxury, while maintaining a direct connection with nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and warm finishes create a seamless connection between guests and their surroundings, offering a truly immersive experience that blends comfort and style.
Among the most outstanding elements of the project, we have the "The Level" service, an exclusive concept of the Meliá brand, designed to offer a personalized, high-end experience. This space combines privacy and sophistication, with areas dedicated exclusively to guests seeking a quiet and select atmosphere.
In addition, the hotel's restaurants have been redesigned to offer gastronomic experiences that connect local culture with the expectations of premium tourism.
Sustainability has also been prioritized in every aspect of the design, from the selection of materials to the planning of construction activities. The use of local resources and innovative architectural solutions guarantees that the hotel meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental respect.
Hotel Meliá La Palma has been conceived as a versatile space that goes beyond traditional accommodation.
