The Palacio de Godoy Cáceres Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, is the new benchmark for contemporary luxury in the Extremaduran city of Cáceres, located in a World Heritage setting where history and the avant-garde are in natural dialogue.

Our studio was one of the participants in this singular intervention, undertaking the supply and installation of furniture and upholstery items in the rooms and common areas.

The hotel occupies and is named after the emblematic Palace of Francisco Godoy, also known as the Palacio de Godoy. It has undergone a meticulous refurbishment that successfully preserves the heritage value of the Renaissance building while adapting it to meet the demands of today's discerning, high-end traveller.

REQUENA Y PLAZA has worked in line with the project's overall philosophy, furnishing the palace with elegant, discreet pieces specifically tailored to the interior setting, which were selected based on criteria of durability, timeless design, and respect for the building's original character.

The hotel's interior design pays tribute to Renaissance architecture with a sober and sophisticated aesthetic, based on noble materials such as natural stone, solid wood, and high-end textiles.

Every piece of furniture supplied by the studio integrates harmoniously into this architectural language, reinforcing the atmosphere of calm, intimacy, and authenticity that defines this new destination.

The Palacio de Godoy Cáceres Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, boasts 72 elegantly styled rooms and suites, a gastronomic restaurant focused on local produce, a cosy green inner courtyard, and a swimming pool with views of the rooftops of the old city.
