The intervention consisted of freeing up a 210m2 surface to generate a main work area that is open and adaptable in use, complemented by 3 rooms for common use of the team members: a large meeting room and two quiet rooms.
Additionally, a multipurpose room was designed at the entrance. Flexible furniture configuration shapes different spaces, allowing the corporate reception to offer a variety of uses.
The enclosures were made using more sustainable and recyclable materials, such as aluminium and glass carpentry, enabling the visual continuity of the office and its integration into the surroundings, benefiting from a bright and green area. We took full advantage of the flooding light to improve energy efficiency, and the new materials to improve insulation.
The project also included the creation of storage spaces, a kitchenette and bathrooms.
