REQUENA Y PLAZA has been chosen to develop the new concept of room007 Hostels & Hotels in central Madrid, LETOH LETOH Gran Vía. “A different hotel, where different things happen”, according to the brand’s slogan.
The property has an area of 3,287 square meters, distributed over two floors in the basement, a ground floor and seven additional floors, with hotel and commercial use. The hotel offers 91 rooms of various typologies, a restaurant and leisure facilities, as well as a commercial area.
With a fresh design, evoking organic architecture, where the comfort of the intimacy of the rooms and the unmistakable style of the common, gastronomic, and commercial areas, give this hotel a different character.
Its daring and innovative aesthetic line seeks a type of contemporary client with a lifestyle focused on finding comfort and sophistication, not only at night but also in their gastronomic experiences.
The personal decorative style of the hotel stands out for its surfaces reminiscent of adobe, with sinuous and organic walls in beige and tan colours, providing a plus of seclusion in the rooms and transporting guests to a haven of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. In the common areas, the elegance of neutral colours is combined with wood and stone, as well as black as the common thread throughout the design.
To complete the creation of a relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, the very studied use of light stands out, becoming the focus of the decoration, both inside, as well as in the beautiful facade. In the restaurant, for example, there is a large wall with huge protruding circles that emanate dim light from their sides; in the rooms, spotlights illuminate the stone walls providing unique shadows; on the facade, light beams provide relief and symmetry to the whole.
